A Square invoice will be sent once we’ve completed our initial call to go over details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we do not decorate high ceilings.

We’ll be happy to check our availability! Please note that bookings with less than 3 weeks’ notice will include the $75 last-minute booking fee.

We kindly ask that bookings be made 3 weeks in advance to ensure all materials are on hand. Bookings made with less than 3 weeks’ notice will incur a $75 last-minute booking fee.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
    • Please remember the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
    • If you’ve already paid in full, the difference (minus the deposit) will be refunded.
    • You may also reschedule up to 90 days from your original booking date.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 25% refund of the total paid (minus the non-refundable deposit).

Your remaining balance is due 72 hours before your scheduled setup time.

Extensions are considered case by case. If you’re ready to book but need a little more time for the deposit, please contact us directly. We can schedule an automatic draft on your chosen date. Please note: all bookings must be made at least 3 weeks before the setup day, and all balances must be paid within 72 hours of your scheduled setup appointment.

Our quotes are valid for 72 hours. After 72 hours, the quote expires and your date may no longer be available.

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date.

Yes, we do decorate Airbnbs.

We currently only serve hotels in Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Daniel Island.
